Poster of the Week: Scream 4

In honor of its release today, the poster of the week is for Scream 4. Scream has been a movie franchise companion of mine since the mid 90's when they all came out, so regardless of how I feel about a new addition based on the somewhat terrible trailer, I'm going to see this puppy on the big screen. And this poster is why in fact. Like the movies, the creators of this poster have managed to make the ghostface knife thing both creepy and cool. A simple, bare bones approach which is completely appropriate and, for a franchise that is as ingrained into popular culture as this one is, all that is needed to sell it into a hefty payday on its opening weekend. Mark my words.
