CODE: Debugging the Gender Gap

Saturday, July 9, 2016 @ 5:30 PM
Cardel Theatre
- 180 Quarry Park Blvd SE, Calgary, AB
$10 General Admission

Join us for an evening about Code!

The main event is a screening of the film CODE: Debugging the Gender Gap (see description below)

Microsoft will be on site beforehand, demo-ing some of their great "learn to code" programs.

And after the film, we'll have some special guests.

Film description:
CODE documentary exposes the dearth of American female and minority software engineers and explores the reasons for this gender gap. CODE raises the question: what would society gain from having more women and minorities code?... Watch the trailer

Note: Recommended for mature audiences as there is some coarse language.
