Last year's inaugural Oscar® Party and fundraiser was such a great success that the Calgary International Film Festival is once again hosting Calgary's red carpet event of the year – a broadcast of the 89th Academy Awards!
Join us as we celebrate Hollywood’s Best, while raising funds to support the Calgary International Film Festival. Dress to the nines and walk the red carpet as Calgary's cinephiles, film industry, and movie fans come together to celebrate the most successful films of the year – many of which had their Calgary premiere at the 17th Calgary International Film Festival.
Enjoy live entertainment, food and drink, a silent auction, raffle, door prizes, an Oscar® ballot, and, of course, a live screening of the 89th Academy Awards.
Proceeds from this event will help raise funds for the Calgary International Film Festival, including our ability to showcase and celebrate Alberta's world-renowned local film & television industry.

Ticket options:
VIP Tickets: $100
Prime seating experience, a swag bag and some extra food & drink goodies. Limited number of tickets available.
General seating: $60
First come first served seating.
Both ticket prices include food service and a welcome drink.
Red Carpet / Doors at 4 p.m., Event starts at 5 p.m.
