On Bell Let's Talk Day 2019, please join the Mathison Centre for Mental Health Research & Education, in collaboration with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), Calgary, as they host a screening of "The Perks of being a Wallflower." Based on the best-selling novel by Stephen Chbosky, the movie is a sensitive portrayal of a depressed youth, their battle with anxiety and also touches on early childhood trauma.

Following the screening, join a panel of experts from the Mathison Centre and the CMHA for a discussion on the mental health of youth.
