Join the Snyder Institute for Chronic Diseases for a free screening of 'World War Z' on May 15. The movie follows Gerry Lane and his family as a pandemic threatens to consume humanity, and Gerry searches to find the source of the infection and a way to halt its spread.

After the movie, Dr. Guido van Marle, PhD, will lead a discussion on on infectious diseases outbreaks: how they spread and how they could disrupt society. He will also discuss how realistic this scenario is from an infectious diseases point of view.
