Free - Justice Film Festival - Calgary, annually in November, plus Quarterly Screenings in Jan, March, May, and Sept.
The Marda Loop Justice Film Festival is a not-for-profit serving Calgary and area, though we also have independent satellite festivals across Alberta in Red Deer, Fort MacLeod, and Canmore (plus Dawson Creek, BC and Sarnia, ON). The format is documentary films, moderated audience conversations, and local Nongovernmental organizations on site in case people are inspired to take action.
