You are invited to the John Dutton Theatre at the downtown Calgary Public Library as the Marda Loop Justice Film Festival reveals the film lineup for the six day, four venue festival from Nov. 18-23, 2014.

Friends of the Marda Loop Justice Film Festival and Members of the Media: We need you - ambassadors - friends - who act as representatives or promoters of our festival screenings.

Help get the word out about a very exciting line-up. This year we have tools to help you promote festival films to your contacts, groups, classes and the public. Everyone can do something to pitch in.

On Oct 2 we'll reveal the line-up of 24 films screening over 6 days at 4 locations in Calgary. You will be able to watch trailers, sign-up/pick up info on specific films that you'll be able share. Info sheets provide the film info as well as the bio of the associated conversation leader. Programming Committee members will be on hand to answer questions about the films. We'd like you to come check it out, inform yourself and invite others.

There is lots that is newsworthy happening this year - multiple Calgary premieres, several film directors, and conversation leaders from abroad to name a few.

Drop in on this open house style event, enjoy refreshment and check out the super line-up of documentaries.

About the Marda Loop Justice Film Festival

The Marda Loop Justice Film Festival is a documentary film festival and a hub of global citizen engagement promoting understanding of justice issues and advocating for the wellbeing of local and global neighbours. Now in its ninth year, the festival has expanded to six days and four venues including the Calgary Public Library, the Globe Theatre, Mount Royal University, and the River Park Church.
