Patrick Brown's comedy Puppy Love has the sharp bite of social commentary. The story deals with the temptations of an older man (Glen Campbell) when confronted with the attention of a younger woman (Donisha Perdergast) - who happens to be his best friend's daughter.
The play explores the male ego and the limits that a man will go to 'follow his dreams'. All the performances are believable and the cast portrays a realistic situation that ends with a contemporary twist.
Once again writer Patrick Brown delivers a thoughtful story with good humor and warm characterizations. This is adult fun with a serious message.
