Writer's Block
Writer's Block Jess Nakaska, "Big J" to all his friends, is an aspiring screenwriter (aspiring, that is, until he sells a script, then he becomes a struggling screenwriter) with several highly entertaining and marketable screenplays to his credit (see below). He is also a graduate of several universities, including the UCLA Professional Program in Screenwriting.

In his free time, he writes, which is ironic because in his work he writes, too. I guess that's not so much ironic as sad. He's been using a variety of words since 1977, occasionally putting together strings of sentences that elicit little squeals of glee from himself and other writer-types.

He has spent the last year writing and trying to sell his scripts, which has been an exercise in humility and patience, with the occasional high-point. It is a grueling and trying process that he will chronicle is his writings. He and a business partner are forming a production company in order to shoot a teaser trailer for one of his scripts. They also plan to shoot the psychological thriller short, "Road Rage", sometime in the winter. Funding and God willing.

Interested producers may contact him at jessnakaska@hotmail.com.

Everyone else can write to him at the same email address.
