Join us SATURDAY AUG 1 for a BBQ event at 5:00 PM behind TRUCK's Main Space with performances by Sarah Kelly (Tigerwing) and Joe Kelly beginning at 8:00PM.

Joe Kelly is a Newfoundland born media artist living and working in Calgary. Joe has made a number of films that have been screened and awarded internationally. He works primarily with film, and has completed and screened ten films on super 8, 16 and 35mm formats. He has also created film and video-based installations that have been shown in art galleries around Canada. Joe has shown work all across North America, from Halifax to Victoria, all over the United States, and in Europe and Asia. Joe has also shown work at the following festivals: Images, Black Maria, PS1, and Ann Arbor.

Sarah Kelly is a resident of Calgary, Alberta, where she performs and produces music as a solo artist under the name “Tigerwing”. Tigerwing is known for using the human voice with technology to create otherworldly soundscapes and live performances to match. The music of Tigerwing belongs to the realm of Avant-Garde Pop, blending cinematic sonics alongside emotional lyrics that speak of mysticism and romance.
